Tom is a Director and Partner at Theatre Projects Consultants, responsible for the briefing, design and delivery of theatres and performing arts spaces. Tom has worked continually in the UAE and across the GCC for over 25 years with projects including the Egypt National Opera House, Dubai Opera, Royal Opera House Muscat, Bahrain National Theatre, Qatar National Convention Centre, Jaber Al Ahmed Cultural Centre in Kuwait and King Abdul Aziz Centre for World Culture (Ithra) in Saudi Arabia.

Current projects in KSA include the Royal Arts Centre (National Theatre) at King Salman Park, MISK Schools, ICAL, and multiple projects for Diriyah Gate, NEOM and Al Ula.
