Since 2006, Majedah has gained extensive experience in government sectors including the Saudi Chamber of Commerce, the Tourism Authority, and the Ministry of Culture. She established Awn Prime in 2012 for organising events, focusing her experiences in the events sector. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Exhibitions and Conferences and works as a part-time consultant.

This experience has allowed majedah to gain a comprehensive understanding of the event industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities. She has used this understanding to develop innovative solutions for event organisation that have been used by several government and private institutions.
